Digital Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat system (DMLS) is designed, developed, implemented and maintained by MKCL. System development was commenced in 2011. This application was implemented in 3 phases. Since Winter Session 2016, our system was used online by the department to submit answers. In these years, the modules were designed, developed and implemented gradually. DMLS was implemented for the Government Department and Desk officers, thus completing the cycle of device processing.
