MKCL's Secured Electronic Tendering System (SeTS) is an end-to-end online tendering solution designed and devised to perform every activity in the tender cycle. SeTS ensures transparency, cost effectiveness, process efficiency and accuracy throughout the procurement process. Since 2012, Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) is serving Sugar factories from Maharashtra in online processing of Tenders, more than 3500 suppliers were registered on various instances, implemented by us for various sugar factories. Many suppliers are registered on multiple instances as the suppliers are participating in tendering activities of multiple sugar factories where we have implemented the eTendering system. To facilitate Organizations and its Suppliers, we changed our approach and started the Single eProcurement B2B Platform exclusively for particular Sectors where Organization from Maharashtra and all over India are coming to process tenders online. We can proudly say that within 4 months of its launch more than 30 sugar factories have registered on SugarMart and started processing their tenders. Organization, register on our portal and process their tenders (purchase of Goods and Services) which indeed will save the procurement cost, time of processing & efforts of publishing tenders manually. Suppliers can register on our Platform absolutely free of cost and can start participating in tendering process. Our mission is to get Sugar Factories registered and reach out to maximum customers/ suppliers from all around the nation (Wider); Suppliers get chance to participate in tenders of many sugar factories on one portal and offer the services to Sugar Factories and Suppliers at lowest possible rates (cheaper) so that our customers will get qualitative services at personalised deeper experience. We have setup a dedicated call centre support to continuously be in touch with our customers. Our team of experts conducts online training for organization’s officers and provide them detailed insights of the system. Hands on experience is also given using practice login. Monthly refresh training to organization’s officers is also followed. Along with it all the reference material which includes videos manuals are also made available. The list of segment wise suppliers can be seen on our portals, apart from this Suppliers can showcase their products and service on the portal. Under Catalogue Management section, Goods & Services which are offered by suppliers are arranged in chronological order. This will facilitate Sugar Factories to understand products & Services offered by various Suppliers with its details specifications, usage etc. Sugar Factories are allowed to place their inquiries about the Goods & Services to Suppliers to get more details. As of now we have started Single Platform for Sugar Sector with the name of SugarMart and Education Sector called as EduMart.

Digital Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat system (DMLS) is designed, developed, implemented and maintained by MKCL. System development was commenced in 2011. This application was implemented in 3 phases. Since Winter Session 2016, our system was used online by the department to submit answers. In these years, the modules were designed, developed and implemented gradually. DMLS was implemented for the Government Department and Desk officers, thus completing the cycle of device processing.
